About Your Guide, Isabella

Isabella is an herbalist, medicine maker, gardener, and plant lover. She is a Certified Herbalist through the California School of Herbal Studies and holds a BA in Communication from UC Davis. Isabella has a diverse background working in herbalism from growing and managing medicinal gardens, managing herbal laboratories, herbal skincare product manufacturing, product formulation, consulting and education. Currently she is teaching medicine making for the California School of Herbal Studies & Ancestral Arts as well as is Co-Creator/Owner of Earth Allies.

For her, herbalism supports us in connecting back to our ancestors, to the earth, and to our creative expression. Her desire is to guide, inspire, and connect others to the simple and daily ways of connecting with plants and ourselves. She lives on a farm in Alexander Valley, California with her partner, Blue Heeler, Colter, and farm cat, Orca.
